It's great inovation! Changing Heat Muffler to be electric

Powerful General Motors recieved a huge grant from the authorized Government of the United States, now it boost to develop dinamic automotive technologies for the more fuel-efficient consumption. One of the advanced technologies that are exactly still developed in the research and being expected to be used commercially is to change the exhaust heat of muffers into electricity.

Furthermore, abundant energy can be really stored or used directly for amazing hybrid cars. Even it is still using on conventional engine cars, it is used directly as a great source of power to operate the audio, air conditioning and other equipment.

When this abundant heat is wasted through engine of exhaust just left and not been widely used. Which it is considered as the most practical way to be possibly produced commercially and are turning it into electrical energy.

The accurate method is to use a mixture of metal (alloy), which was called "shape memory alloy" (SMA). Hopefully, this brilliant concept immediately headed to the prototype stage that can generate beneficial electricity.

How is that strong metal can convert beneficial heat into electricity? "When the SMA wires heated, there was expansion. When it is cool (cool with air blow), stiffness and reduced cable back into shape, "said January Aase, Director of the GM Vehicle Development Research Laboratory. "Furthermore, the cable reels are physically changing the used drive electric generators and it can be really used for filling the battery," added Jan.
He further pointed out that the generated electric power can be used as a source of driving a hybrid car. Even it is for a conventional engine - motor fuel - used as a replacement alternator. Thus, to obtain power no longer need to charge produced power of strong machine.

I have never seen like that and wow! folded electric motorcycles

We generally See the bikes folded. My daughter's friend usually take it to go to school everyday. But what about a motorcycle folded. I guess it have not seen yet. However, I am impressed when i knew there is motorcycles which it can be folded.

As officially reported in aolautos.com, Friday (25/03/2011). This was exactly solved by a creative man from Boston, United States, named Benjamin Gulak. Ben created the prototype of this unique vehicle when he was 17 years old. Vehicle creation of Benjamin was given the name of BPG UNO.

Amazing BPG Motors UNO III has three wheels, two in the rear and a smaller one in front of using electricity to run, Benjamin was inspired to make this environmentally friendly motors, after his return from Beijing.

At first Ben creates only an ordinary scooter that only has 2 rear wheels only. But it seems quite difficult to be controlled.

Therefore, Ben adds one more to the front wheels, but these tires can be pulled forward and backward even when traveling. And the change was like a movie like Transformers only. And when it is pulled backward tire position, the position of the front tires will be between the two rear tires.

BPG Uno Ben creation has been able to walk up to a reasonable speed of 30 mph, and it's capable of running up to 30-35 miles before the batteries charged. And these batteries can take up to 3-4 hours for charging batteries. In addition, BPG UNO is equipped three batteries and 2 magnets that serves to pull and push the tire forward.

BPG UNO-balanced without any certain need to be balanced with the strong body. In addition, BPG UNO has a light weight 120 lbs and the engine sound is truly soft, so you do not see it as being on a motorcycle, but felt like riding a bike alone. folding motor vehicle also has sufficient suspension and good braking system.

Indeed, for the tolaratable acceleration, this terrific vehicle would not meet our satisfaction in the drive, but this could be a good choice to keep the environment in driving.

And the plan for folded motorcycles will be released at a price of U.S. $ 6,000. Well could be exactly a new impressive choice for lovers or aunthusiasts of two-wheeled vehicles.

Electric Motor Sport Appears in UK

electric-powered vehicle recently received attention lately because the price of fuel oil plus was uncontrolled movement of air pollution reduction campaign.

However, electric-powered vehicles can not attract the attention of users of the vehicle due to the travel and power of the vehicle had not been able to match conventional fuel vehicles.

It continues to be erased through research and a motor company in England called Zero Motorcycles managed to do it. The company introduced its motorcycle design that reportedly it can compete with the speed of conventional motors.

This motor is claimed to accelerate from the stop position by 80 miles per hour in five seconds. This record somewhat unusual for the size of gasoline engine once did. According to the Zero Motorcycles which it can be achieved because there are no gears on this bike and light weight.

Neal Saiki, the motor designer, said he pioneered this design six years ago with a private fee after leaving his job as a designer of space equipment for United States' national space agency. Saiki also designed a battery that can drive motors up to a distance of 60 miles for each full charge.

The design is now sold in showrooms in the UK and other cities in Europe because there are investors from major financial companies. Conventional automotive industry according to Saiki is still reluctant to invest their capital in electric vehicles.
